Cafe culture spreads

The smoking ban has seen a rush to the pavements from all corners of society's puffers. The Royal British Legion on Lavender Hill can be seen embracing European cafe culture like no other. The detailing in using cones to mark out there territory is rather charming. Truly an inviting location.
